Rules For Show Car Entrants

General Rules

No revving. No drugs. No alcohol. Right of admission reserved.

All entrants must comply with the rules below to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable event for participants, judges, officials, and visitors.

Entrants must arrive during the designated check-in time. Late arrivals may not be allowed into the show area.
Vehicles may not be moved during the show hours (times to be confirmed) unless arranged with the organisers.
No burnouts, excessive revving, reckless driving, speeding, or dangerous behaviour will be tolerated.
All local traffic rules and venue regulations must be followed at all times.
Vehicles must be in safe operating condition, with no major fluid leaks or hazardous defects.
Entrants must not interfere with judges, officials, or other competitors.
Please respect all rules, officials, judges, fellow entrants, and visitors.
The organisers reserve the right to remove any entrant who does not comply with the event rules.

Judging will begin from Friday when your vehicle enters the venue.
Prize-giving will take place on Sunday.
The judges’ decision is final.
Judging may take place even if the owner is not present at the vehicle.
Please ensure your entry number is clearly displayed and visible for the judges.
Entrants must be available if owner interviews form part of the judging process.

Playing music is only permitted for short 5-minute demonstrations after 1:00 PM.
Please be considerate of fellow participants, judges, and visitors.
Music volume must be kept at a reasonable level.
Playback must be limited to your allocated demonstration time.

Total Cash Prizes: R25,000

Entry Fee: R700 per car
Limited To: 50 cars

Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded as follows:
